G3 Institute is looking for a managing partner in Austin Texas, Dallas Texas and beyond. As a partner the qualified person will have to invest as a partner. This position, because of its importance and need for involvement needs buy-in at 100%. 100% in attention, enthusiasm and execution the way to assure of that is to be financially involved. When someone is vested they perform at a higher level.
I have target cities in all of Texas as the startup base and look to expand in key markets. We need to find one special person that can build the business in these areas. The investment is not large but the ROI and work is exciting. If you are interested and have the ability to do this work to build the community and also invest then I would like to talk with you.
Job Description:
You will be able to meet and facilitate impactful connections and collaborations with and between high-level entrepreneurs who are inventors, investors, CEOs, startup founders, celebrities, and star athletes.
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Executive Director will ensure their Community is functioning according to the prescribed structure. The Executive Director will ensure the Community is a safe, productive, impactful, and positive environment. The Executive Director is the primary leader responsible for all planning, coordinating, and conducting weekly and special Community events.
KEY ROLES (Essential Job Responsibilities):
Prepare Community for Success
Identify high-impact professionals to invite to the Community in the demographic an area in line with the Community’s strategy and the outcome targets that have been established.
Ensure program quality by monitoring and evaluating program achievement against target goals, recommending modifications that respond to member needs and interests.
Responsible for the planning, performance and follow through on all aspects of weekly and periodic events produced for the Community.
Implement the development of emerging opportunities service area programs; and promote and stimulate member participation.
Administration and Management
Manage administrative systems by registering new members.
Recruit, train and oversee community members and supporters of the
community; provide ongoing feedback, and identify and follow through in regard to ongoing development opportunities.
Manage facilities and ensure a productive work environment, maintaining an inventory of all program equipment and supplies in good order. Recommend requisitions, as necessary; controlling expenditures against monthly supply budget.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must be available to participate in special programs and/or events.
Will be required to prepare and conduct a weekly roundtable of 30-50
inventors/investors/entrepreneurs/celebrities, etc.
RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal: Maintain close, daily contact with staff (professional and volunteer), supervisor to receive/provide information, discuss issues, explain guidelines/instructions; instruct; and advise/counsel.
External: Maintains contact with external community groups, schools, professional organizations and others to maintain quality of membership and assist in resolving problems.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
Bilingual speaking preferred;
Minimum of five years experience in planning and implementing programs;
Ability to motivate and inspire members;
Ability to recruit, train, supervise, and motivate volunteers;
Ability to uphold the highest standards and culture with the general public;
Ability to plan and implement quality programs;
Technically adept and willing to learn new systems and software.
Advanced speaking ability.
Genuinely has an interest in diverse individuals and thoroughly enjoys promoting
others.
